2019 EAFF U-15 여자페스티벌 - 회장 인사말
동아시아축구연맹 축구가족 여러분,
목포에서 개최되는 2019 EAFF U-15 여자페스티벌에 오신 것을 환영합니다. 앞으로 6일간 목포는 EAFF 회원국 8개팀에 소속된 어린 재능들의 열정으로 가득할 것이며 미래 여자축구를 이끌어갈 스타들을 위한 기회의 장이 될 것입니다.
올해 성황리에 끝난 2019 FIFA 프랑스 여자월드컵은 전세계 곳곳에서 각종 지표를 갱신하며 커져가는 여자축구에 대한 관심을 잘 드러냈습니다. 이번 대회를 통해 전세계가 여자축구의 높은 수준과 잠재성을 동시에 확인할 수 있었습니다.
우리는 지난 수년간 FIFA 포워드 발전 프로그램의 취지에 발맞춰 여자축구의 발전을 위한 많은 노력을 기울여왔습니다. 축구는 나날이 세계화되어가고 있으며 이에 따라 국제대회 경험의 중요성은 더욱더 강조되고 있습니다. 이번에 두번째로 개최되는 U-15 여자 대회가 개정된 FIFA 포워드 2.0의 목적에 맞게 우리 어린 선수들에게 큰 동기부여가 되길 기대합니다. 또한, 이 기회를 빌어 축구발전을 위한 FIFA와 AFC의 지속적인 지원과 관심에 감사를 표합니다.
마지막으로, 이번 페스티벌의 성공적인 개최를 위한 목포시 관계자분들의 노고에 감사의 말씀을 드립니다. 대회에 참가하는 선수를 비롯한 모든 분들이 이 아름다운 도시에서 잊지못할 추억을 쌓길 기원합니다.

Tournament Format
1.
Eight (8) teams shall be divided into two (2) groups of four (4) teams each and each group shall play a single round robin league. All Participating Teams will play five (5) matches in total, where each team shall play,
・one (1) match against every other team within the same group and
・two (2) inter-group matches based on the result of the group stage
2.
In the group stage, at the conclusion of each Match,
・three (3) points shall be awarded to the winner;
・one (1) point shall be awarded to each Participating Team for a draw; and
・zero (0) points shall be awarded to the loser.
3.
In the inter-group matches, the following sequence of Matches shall be applied:

4.
There will not be any outright winner or champion emerging from this Competition as it is not a competitive Championship.
5.
Individual prizes will be awarded to the outstanding players in each group
The individual awards given to each group will be as follows;
Top Scorer, MVP, Best MF, Best DF, Best GK
