2019 EAFF E-1東亞足球錦標賽決賽週將於12月10日在韓國釜山揭幕，香港代表隊將於12月11日(星期三)當地時間晚上7時30分(香港時間晚上6時30分)在韓國釜山亞運會體育場首度出師迎戰東道主韓國。
參加決賽週的4支隊伍包括香港代表隊、日本、中國和主辦國韓國，比賽以單循環形式進行，勝方得3分、賽和各得一分，而負方則沒有分數，而積分最高的一隊將會取得2019 EAFF E-1東亞足球錦標賽冠軍的殊榮。.....
