The East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) held its 64th Executive Committee Meeting as follows.

The matters discussed and approved were as follows;

(1) The Minutes from the 63rd EAFF Executive Committee Meeting held on 15th December 2020 held on-line was approved.

(2) The Final Account for 2021 and the Budget for 2022 was approved.

(3) Report from the Task Force Committee was reported.
・Update on the preparation situation was reported by the CFA
・Decision not to conduct this edition of EAFF E-1 Preliminary Round 1 and Preliminary Round 2 was approved.
・Decision that DPR Korea will not participate in this edition of EAFF E-1 Championship was reported.
・Decision that the remaining slots of the participating teams for the Finals will be decided upon FIFA ranking as of 31 March 2022 was approved.

(4) Amendment in the EAFF Statute to be proposed in the 10th EAFF Ordinary Congress was shared.

(5) Electoral Procedures in the 10th EAFF Ordinary Congress was explained.
