Zarqa City: Japan and Jordan registered crucial wins in Group A of the AFC U17 Asian Cup™ 2023 Qualifiers at the Prince Mohammad International Stadium on Tuesday.
Japan defeated Turkmenistan 7-0 to make it two wins out of two while Jordan moved to the top of the standings on seven points with a 3-1 defeat of the Philippines.

Having defeated Philippines 3-0 in their opener, Japan powered to their second win with Homare Tokuda starring with four goals.
