Hong Kong U17 Representative Team took on Laos U17 National Team on Friday afternoon in Dolen Omurzakov Stadium, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic for an AFC U17 Asian Cup Bahrain 2023 Qualifiers Group I fixture. Hong Kong was handed a humbling 0:5 defeat on the hands of Laos.
Early in the game, Hong Kong had a decent chance to break the game open, yet Yeung Tung-ki's long range shot lacked the required power to trouble the Laos goalkeeper.
On the 16th minute, a defensive error by a Hong Kong defender saw Songka Liyasak flew down the right wing with the ball. Liyasak capitalized on the situation and whipped in a dangerous cross to the middle, Sayfon Keohanam pulled the trigger and smashed the ball home. Laos was up 1:0. .....
