Hong Kong U17 Representative Team and Iran U17 National Team met up in Dolen Omurzakov Stadium, Kyrgyz Republic on Sunday afternoon for an AFC U17 Asian Cup Bahrain 2023 Qualifiers Group I fixture. Hong Kong was simply overmatched on the day and fell against Iran through a 1:11 defeat, wrapping up the qualifiers with defeats in all three qualifying matches.
Iran drew first blood of the game on the 13th minute, as Zargham Saadivi's slick forward pass found Reza Ghadi. The latter motored into the box and coolly finished off his strike, putting Iran in front 1:0.
On the 16th minute, Iran's Hesam Nafari delivered a great cross towards the middle. Reza Ghadi took care of the rest and smashed the ball home. .....
