Kuala Lumpur: The AFC Women’s Asian Cup India 2022™ lived up to expectations as China PR lifted the trophy for a record-extending ninth time.
Victory was hard-earned as China fought back from 2-0 down to score thrice in the final - with the winner coming in added time - to deny Korea Republic a maiden title.
It was a well deserved triumph as China had to see off quality opposition - including two-time defending champions Japan - to regain the title they had last won in 2006. .....
