Yangon: China PR and hosts Myanmar took their first step towards qualifying for the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup™ Uzbekistan 2024 with wins in Round 2 of the Qualifiers on Tuesday.
China PR edged Chinese Taipei 1-0 while Myanmar scored a resounding 5-0 win over Nepal.

Knowing a win would boost their chances of advancing, both teams started on an aggressive note at the Thuwunna Stadium.
