Al Rayyan: A disappointed Korea Republic head coach Jurgen Klinsmann admitted that Jordan were deserving winners of their AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ semi-final at the Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium on Tuesday.
Goals from Yazan Al Naimat and Mousa Al Tamari sent the Jordanians through to their first-ever AFC Asian Cup final as well as prolong Korea’s search for their first title since 1960.
“Disappointed because we had the big goal of reaching the final but Jordan deserved this win,” said Klinsmann. “They deserved to go into the final. They played more aggressively than we did. .....
