Tashkent: Jong Kum is confident DPR Korea are on course to end their title drought after advancing to the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup™ Uzbekistan 2024 semi-finals on Sunday.
A 1-0 win over Japan saw DPR Korea finishing as the Group B winners, with Korea Republic their semi-final opponents on Wednesday.
Jong said the win over Japan was a morale booster with DPR Korea looking to add the Uzbekistan 2024 title to the AFC U-19 Women’s Championship crown won in 2007, with five consecutive runners-up finishes since 2011. .....
