The East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) held its 12th Ordinary Congress in Tokyo, Japan on 30 March 2024.

The matters were discussed in accordance with the Congress Agenda stipulated in the EAFF Statutes and matters discussed and approved were as follows;

(1) The following minutes of the Congresses were approved.
　11th EAFF Ordinary Congress held on 18 April 2023 via Video Conference
　5th EAFF Extraordinary Congress held on 31 October 2023 in Doha, Qatar.

(2) The activities for 2023 compiled in the EAFF Annual Report 2023 were reported.

(3) The Statement of Accounts for 2023 and the Auditor’s Reports for 2023 were approved.

(4) The EAFF budget for 2024 was approved.

(5) The proposal to place the EAFF permanent office in Tokyo, Japan was approved.

(6) The Appointment of External Independent Auditors was approved.

(7) The election of the Vice President (for the remaining term 2022-2026) was conducted and Mr. YANG Xu from China PR was elected as the Vice President of the EAFF Executive Committee.

(8) The EAFF Executive Committee Members was confirmed as follows:
