2020東京奧運女子足球亞洲區外圍賽第二圈賽事於烏茲別克塔什干舉行，香港女子代表隊早前已抵達當地備戰。
身處B組的香港女子代表隊，與約旦、越南及東道主烏茲別克同組。4月3日，香港隊率先迎戰世界排名54的約旦，及後於4月6日火拼世界排名35的越南，最後於4月9日惡鬥有主場之利的烏茲別克。香港女子代表隊為備戰此項賽事，早前就與中華台北女子代表隊拍跳，結果以1:1打成平手。今次陣中領軍人物有隊長陳詠詩及前鋒張煒琪，夥拍如韋婉婷、姚希雯、鍾貝琪等後起之秀，準備於此項賽事全力以赴，小心應戰。.....
