Hong Kong met up with Hungary on Saturday afternoon in Star Light Sports Complex, Turkey for its second fixture in the Turkish Women’s Cup 2020. Hong Kong battled hard but succumbed to a superior Hungary side through a 0:4 defeat.
Hong Kong made two changes in the starting lineup from the first fixture against Romania. Goalkeeper Ng Yuen-ki took over from Ng chuek-wai between the sticks, while Ma Chak-shun replaced Wong So-han in left-back.
Hong Kong fell behind early in the game. On the 10th minute, goalkeeper Ng Yuen-ki failed to deal with a centering pass from Hungary. The ball somehow triggered towards the goal-mouth and a Hungarian player seized the opportunity and fired the ball home......
