DPR Korea, who did not qualify for the FIFA Women’s World Cup Finals, remain Asia’s highest ranked team at 10th while co-hosts Australia dropped one spot to 13th.
AFC Women's Asian Cup India 2022™ champions China PR, also bound for the FIFA Women’s World Cup, moved up one spot to 15th.
Korea Republic, Vietnam and Philippines, also set to be in the October 22 Australia/New Zealand 2023 draw, are ranked 17th, 34th and 53rd respectively.
