Beijing: Chinese Football Association (CFA) announced on Monday the departure of women’s national team head coach Shui Qingxia.
An interim coach will be appointed to oversee China PR’s upcoming two friendly matches in the United States in December.
CFA said the termination decision was made after China PR failed to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
In the AFC Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournament - Asian Qualifiers Round 2 held earlier this month, China PR finished third in Group B behind DPR Korea and Korea Republic. .....
